Intercom system
Flats and row houses
- The intercom number is the same as your flat number. For example, the intercom for Flat 421 is 421.
- Flats with two numbers (for example 471/481) use the first number, so 471/481 is 471.
- Row houses 1, 2, 3 and 4 are 601, 602, 603 and 604.

Lift emergencies
Every lift has an intercom that can call any flat, either gate or the society office. If you are stuck in a lift:
- Press the hooter (alarm) button.
- Use the lift intercom to call the gate (901 or 902) or the office (903).
