Society bye-laws

Clover Water Gardens Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. is registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (MCS Act), and has adopted the Model Bye-laws (2014) for co-operative housing societies.

The bye-laws apply to all members, including associate and nominal members. Tenants are nominal members.

The society’s day-to-day rules and regulations are made under these bye-laws and by resolutions of the General Body.
