About the rules and regulations

To keep our society safe, secure and well organised, the Management Committee has put together the society’s rules and regulations in one place for your benefit and clarity.
What this is
This website brings together the important rules and policies decided by the General Body of Clover Water Gardens Co-operative Housing Society in one place, for easy reference.
It does not replace the exact rules and bye-laws of the society, which are recorded in the minutes of General Body meetings and in the bye-laws. If anything here differs from those records, the General Body decision applies.
The rules and bye-laws exist to make the society a safe, convenient, comfortable, well-administered and mutually respectful place to live.
Who these rules apply to
They apply to all members and residents:
- owners and tenants
- residents of flats, duplexes and row houses
- your family, guests, visitors and personal staff, for whose behaviour you are responsible
Fines
If a rule is broken, the Management Committee (MC) will first give one warning in writing. After that, fines will be levied. A summary of all fines and deposits is on the Fines & deposits page.
Always up to date
This website is the latest version of the society’s rules and regulations. Each page shows the date it was last updated at the bottom.
