Rules
- Rinse plastic food containers and pouches before throwing them away.
- Wrap biological waste and put it in a separate bag. This protects the health and dignity of the housekeeping staff who sort our waste.
- Never throw biological waste down bathroom ducts or out of windows, and never flush it. It clogs the building ducts.
- Put broken glass in a separate bag.
- Do not leave garbage on landings, because it attracts rodents. Housekeeping usually collects garbage at about 9 am.
- Housekeeping does not collect construction material, paint, furniture or thermocol after renovations. Contact the Housekeeping Sub-committee for PMC disposal rules.
- Please teach your personal staff how to segregate and dispose of garbage.
A fine of Rs 1,000 is levied for wrong segregation or disposal.
