Use of common areas

Corridors, staircases and landings

Common spaces are for all members. They include staircases, steps, landings, parking areas, lifts and corridors. No member may use them for their own purposes.

Please do not keep personal items in the corridor outside your home, such as shoe racks, cycles or planters.

Terraces

• Building terraces stay locked at all times.
• They can be opened temporarily for a special event, such as kite flying, stargazing or watching an eclipse, if you write to the Management Committee first.
