Late-night parties

  • Turn music down by 10:30 pm and off completely by midnight. Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) rules apply.
  • Ask guests to move indoors after midnight. Even conversation on terraces and open balconies sounds loud at night.
  • See your guests to the gate quietly. Please follow safe-driving rules for yourself and your guests.
  • If there is a written complaint that your party or event disturbed other residents, a fine of Rs 500 is levied.

Booking common areas for a private party

These areas can be booked by residents for private parties, for a nominal fee plus a security deposit:

  • the Clubhouse
  • the Blue Garden
  • the swimming pool
  • the basketball court
  • the badminton court

To book, fill in the booking form available at the society office.

Please keep the area clean and undamaged during your event, and use the dustbins provided in and around it.
