Children & play areas

Every resident has the right to a peaceful home. Please help your children enjoy the society safely and considerately.

Where to play

• The Children Play Area.
• Ball games: the fenced activity area.
• The Blue Garden, the play space in front of the Clubhouse.

Where not to play

• Building lobbies. Please make sure children and their minders do not sit or play there.
• Flowerbeds, gates, the gym, the community hall and around the swimming pool.

Safety

• Supervise children at all times.
• Children should ride bicycles in the correct direction and wear safety gear.
• Children below 8 must not ride the lifts unsupervised. See Lifts.
• Children below 10 must be supervised at the pool. See Swimming pool.
• Make sure anyone who looks after your children has been properly vetted and comes with references.

Society property

• Please do not move society property such as speed breakers, chairs or dustbins, or use them for ball practice.
• Children should not damage plants with bats, racquets or balls, or ride through flowerbeds.
