Leasing your flat & tenants
For owners
- Get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Managing Committee before renting out your flat. Apply through the society office.
- As required by the bye-laws, submit complete and correct paperwork to the MC, including the lease deed, at least 8 working days before the tenant moves in.
- When your tenant (licensee) moves out, inspect the flat and get a “No Dues” certificate from the society. If you don’t, any costs or penalties left by your tenant become your liability.
For tenants
- A meeting with the Management Committee is mandatory before moving in, to go through the society’s rules and regulations. The manager will help you schedule it.
- Tenants are nominal members of the society and are governed by its bye-laws.
- Follow all moving in/out procedures: lift use for luggage, vehicle registration, TV cables, timings and so on.
- Register your vehicles with Gate Guard through the society office. The registration is linked to the flat and parking you are leasing.
- Residents from other countries are requested to be sensitive to local customs and sensibilities.
