Pet rules

Pets are welcome at Clover Water Gardens. These rules help pet owners and other residents share the society comfortably.

Licences and health

• Every pet must have a valid pet licence issued by the PMC (Pune Municipal Corporation).
• All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, a collar and a tag.
• Renew the licence and vaccinations on time, and submit copies of the valid certificates to the society office each time they are renewed.

In common areas

• Keep pets on a leash everywhere in the society, including lifts, lobbies, driveways and other common areas.
• Whoever walks the pet must carry poop bags and clean up straight away, inside the society and on the pavement outside our gates.
• No pets near or in the swimming pool.

At home

• Keep your pet inside your apartment. Do not tie it up outside your door or in the corridor.

Pet walkers

• Walkers must not tie pets up in the parking while they do other work or chat with other staff.
• Please make sure your walker knows and follows these rules. You are responsible for them.

Feeding animals

• Please do not feed cats or dogs in private parking areas or open spaces. It leads to litter, disease and rodents.

Fines

If a pet dirties stairs, landings, lifts, the area outside someone’s door or any other common area, each complaint draws a fine of Rs 500.
