Security, visitors & staff
Gates
- Vehicles enter the society only through Gate 1 (Road 7).
- Residents on foot may use either gate: Gate 1, near Row House 1, or Gate 2, opposite the Club House.
CCTV cameras
Cameras are installed around the society to help investigate concerns and incidents raised by members.
- To view footage, email a written request to the office at cloverwatergarden@gmail.com, giving the reason for the request and the date, time and location concerned.
Visitors and guests
- Visitors must tell the guard the name and flat number of the resident they are visiting. The guard enters this on MyGate.
- Visitors are let in once the resident approves on the MyGate app (or, in some cases, on the intercom).
- Security will ask for details every time, even for regular visitors. That is their job, so please let your guests know.
- Residents are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and visitors.
Deliveries, service personnel and vendors
- Delivery and service personnel, hired cars and couriers coming for a specific flat follow the same MyGate procedure.
- Vendors visiting several flats (for example, for bill collection) follow the same procedure.
- Regular vendors (bread, milk, newspapers and so on) are registered on MyGate. Guards check the person’s or company’s name before letting them in.
Domestic staff and drivers
- Personal staff with society ID cards enter through Gate 1 and must allow bag checks on entry and exit.
- Residents are responsible for their drivers, maids and other personal staff.
- In common areas, staff must not play cards, chew or spit gutka or paan, drink alcohol, fight or otherwise cause a nuisance.
- Drivers must wait in the driver rooms or in their own cars. They must not sit in other residents’ parking or gather in groups and disturb residents.
- The employer will be told about any complaint. After two warnings, a fine of Rs 1,000 is levied on the employer.
- When personal staff look after your children, please make sure they have been properly vetted and come with references.
